With over 20 years at American Express, Changbin Wang is the Vice President and Head of Global Consumer Risk & Regulatory Decision Science and Managing Director of the Global Decision Science Singapore Center of Excellence, where he oversees AI/ML modeling for consumer underwriting, customer management, credit limits, and regulatory compliance across global portfolios, driving continuous innovation in modeling techniques and algorithms. Serving as Chair of the Model Development and Production Committee, he sets guidelines for model development, monitoring, and governance to ensure adherence to policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
