In her role as Senior Director and Head of Business Innovation Excellence at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, she leads strategic teams and initiatives aimed at driving value creation through business development, partnerships, venturing, and agile operations. With a career marked by executive roles and entrepreneurial endeavors in diverse industries, Celine previously served as the CEO of eyrise B.V., where she spearheaded substantial growth and established crucial alliances. Notably, her leadership at eyrise B.V. contributed to real estate strategies aligned with ESG goals and the effective management of a diverse, high-performing team. Earlier in her career, Celine held various positions at Merck and Millipore, contributing to global product development, lifecycle management, and competitive strategy in technical markets.
