Dr Thai-Lai Pham is the CEO of Siemens in ASEAN, overseeing the company’s industrial core businesses of Digital Industries and Smart Infrastructure. Under his leadership, Siemens has expanded significantly, becoming a key infrastructure partner in the region. He also heads Smart Infrastructure ASEAN, focusing on connecting energy systems, buildings, and industries for enhanced efficiency and sustainability. Dr. Pham has held various management roles in R&D, corporate strategy, product development, and sales across Siemens’ telecommunications, healthcare, energy, and building technologies divisions, with experience in the US, Europe, and Asia.
