Geraldine has worked in the tech industry for over 15 years, starting her career as a software engineer in a start-up. After joining the public sector, she contributed to several infrastructure and industry development programmes, including the Singapore Internet Exchange and the National Authentication Framework. At PIXEL, IMDA's innovation facility in One-North, Geraldine nurtured the growth of emerging Infocomm Media (ICM) companies through incubation support and partnership programmes and she was one of pioneering team members to run the first three editions of Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG). Geraldine is currently creating value for companies from IMDA's Accreditation and Spark programmes, aiming to support their growth in the region.
