Ilya Kochik is the VP of Strategic Initiatives, overseeing our safety and red-teaming offering, data for generative audiovisual models, and robotics. He supports both current and prospective clients, exploring opportunities to provide them with high-quality, human-generated data. Before joining Toloka, Ilya spent over a decade at Google, McKinsey, and Bain, where he developed new businesses, products, and offerings, and helped multiple organisations enhance their AI and ML capabilities.
