Currently managing Digital Commerce for Unilever’s Personal Care Business for Singapore, Thailand & Malaysia, Muzzammil was previously Head of Ecommerce Operations where he was highly instrumental in helping grow the entire digital ecosystem. His career in various verticals within digital transformation spans over more than a decade with specialized focus on consumer insights & experience, streamlining operations, strategic partnerships & growth hacking to name a few. Prior to Unilever, he was involved in setting up Alibaba in Pakistan & Bangladesh as part of the initial team. Muzzammil holds a bachelor’s & an MBA degree in Business Management & Marketing.
